Stephenie Meyer promete levar os fãs de Twilight mais uma vez ao delírio.

Esperado para Junho deste ano, a autora da série que “reavivou” a paixão por vampiros, está de volta com o livro "The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner”.
Depois de abandonar o projeto de Midnight Sun (que seria o primeiro livro "Crepúsculo" contado a partir do ponto de vista de Edward Cullen), Stephenie volta com esta versão de Bree sobre a batalha que ocorreu em Eclipse.

É uma história curta (cerca de 200 páginas) que a autora queria dar de presente ao fãs (de graça, viu?!) em forma de um "guia". Mas com um empurrãozinho da editora, Stephenie decidiu então publicar essa história em um livro de edição simples mas com capa elaborada. O lançamento é esperado para 5 de Junho de 2010 e, segundo a autora, $1 de cada livro vendido será doado para a Cruz Vermelha. Legal da parte dela, hein?!

O livro trará uma história sobre a breve “segunda” vida de Bree Tanner, um personagem introduzido em Eclipse. Contará sobre seu renascimento como vampira e o surgimento da armada que se prepara para destruir Bella Swan e os Cullens. Vamos acompanhar desde sua transformação como vampira até a conclusão da batalha travada em Eclipse. Combinado perigo, mistério e romance, este livro promete despertar novamente nosso lado “Twilight”, reavivando a chama dessa série que conquistou milhares de fãs.
