Pouca gente sabe que o filme "Um Sonho Possível" (o filme indicado de hoje) é uma adaptação do livro The Blind Side cuja história é verídica.
Por enquanto nada da versão em português para o livro "The Blind Side". Mas com o sucesso do filme, acredito que não demore a chegar por aqui...
O livro conta a história real de Michael Oher, um jovem garoto negro, pobre, mas de bom coração. Ele é acolhido pela rica família Tuohy que lhe oferece, além de um teto e comida, muito amor e compreensão. Michael Oher aos poucos sai de seu mundo introspectivo e se mostra um garoto com o coração de ouro, carismático e capaz de superar qualquer obstáculo. Michael ganha destaque no football americano e logo se torna um dos mais bem pagos astros da atualidade. Com o apoio do Tuohys, Michael estuda e treina, deixando para trás sua vida sem esperanças. E é isso mesmo: ele viveu um "sonho possível".
